First #homebrew #kombucha ever! One with fresh #ginger, ginger syrup and #turmeric and the other with #cherries and #blueberries. Can’t wait to taste it!
The rest of the jar will be used as a starter for my next batch. I started with more starter than normal and this batch was already done after 4 days. Pretty tart and I kinda liked it right out of the jar. I can still taste it in the back of my mouth 🙂
